Aftercare: Clean your jewelry regularly with soft toothbrush and mid dish soap. Overtime you may notice that your forever keepsake may change colors. This is due to your natural bodies PH balance, clean your jewelry and watch it shine again.
If your jewelry happens to break loose, please send us an email and we will schedule to weld it back on. (One FREE reweld per item) $10 per weld after your initial free weld. If jewelry is LOST we are not held responsible.

CAN IT BE REMOVED
Despite its name, permanent Jewelry can be taken off. You can easily pull it apart or book your removal session with one of our technicians to cut the welded jump ring.
